The App is a drafting and organisational tool designed to assist professionals in preparing portfolio documentation such as reflective accounts, CPD entries, feedback logs, and practice hours records.

• The App does not provide clinical, legal, or regulatory advice.
• The App does not guarantee professional or regulatory outcomes.
• The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The App is a paid service. Purchases and subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled according to platform policies.
• We do not store your payment card details.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service.

You must not upload identifiable patient data or unlawful material.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate drafting suggestions based on your input.

• Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content.
• The App is not a medical decision support system.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beemal Innovation Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
